Lemon Oregano Pesto

Lemon Oregano Pesto

¼ c olive oil
¼ c Garlic chives
1T walnuts
1 ½ t Lemon juice
Zest of half a lemon
1/3 c parmesan
1 c Italian parsley (loosely filled)
1 c fresh oregano leaves (loosely filled)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Red chili flakes for a kick if you like

 
Blend all ingredients until smooth.  You can add more oil if you desire a thinner consistency.
